Compass: Lehigh's Student Success Platform
Navigate360, which will be customized as Compass for Lehigh, is a student success management system that unites students, faculty, and staff in a collaborative network to support a student’s journey through their higher education experience. This powerful technology, trusted by more than 850 institutions, is powered by over a decade of research and billions of student interactions.
The main priority for using Compass is to support student success by improving the ways in which we communicate student information and advising across units. Compass will support Lehigh’s goals of boosting student success and sense of belonging, creating a more consistent, equitable, and holistic advising experience, improving our retention and graduation rates, and reducing equity gaps.
